Ethos Communities Leader Interest

Ethos Community leaders serve as shepherds of our church as they model a life of discipleship to Jesus, they lead their community in practicing the way of Jesus together in Columbus.

If you are interested in learning more about leading a Ethos Community, we would love to connect you. We ask that our leaders attend The Way Intensive as well as go through Shepherding Leadership Training as part of their path to Community leadership.
